Aloha Auto Depot is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our growing dealership team in Honolulu!
If you thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment and enjoy keeping operations organized behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Process vehicle titles, registrations, and transfer paperwork
Submit DMV documentation accurately and on time
Verify funding packages and deal paperwork for completeness
Maintain organized vehicle and customer records
Assist with payoff processing and lien releases
Track title status and resolve missing documentation
Communicate with lenders, customers, and state agencies as needed
Support accounting and sales departments with administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and Hawaii regulations
Qualifications:
*Previous automotive dealership or title clerk experience preferred
*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
*Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
*Familiarity with dealership software is a plus
*Basic accounting and administrative knowledge helpful
*Professional communication and customer service skills
*Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
