Ever heard of the restaurant NOE at the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina?
This past weekend I had the most unbelievable opportunity to indulge in their culinary affair “The Taste Of Italy”.
NOE featured 2 Master Italian Chefs that night. Chef Ryo and Chef Donato, representing the North and South of Italy, respectively.
Together they put together a 5 course Italian meal with wine pairings selected by their very own Sommelier.
It was absolutely one of the most gorgeous and culinarily provoking meals I’ve ever had the privilege of experiencing.
