The Technical Support Administrator will be responsible for all technical functions and field operations in Oahu the neighbor islands (Maui, Kauai & Hawaii Island) and all desks locations throughout the State of Hawaii. This includes hardware and software, communications links, network and telecommunications equipment, printers and related peripherals. This position will require occasional-to-frequent travel to the neighbor islands for technical support.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining voice and data networks including PC’s, servers, network and telecom equipment
-Managing email, setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords
- Installation, configuration and maintenance for all point-of-sale systems and phones
- Providing training and technical support to all staff with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence
- Planning, implementation and management of all technology-related projects
- Performing general system administration duties in a Windows Active Directory environment
- Performing System backups with tape rotations
- Security Systems DVR support
- Liaise with corporate office & management
- Travel to neighbor Island locations, as required by business needs for maintenance and/or project management
Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years of experience in similar field and/or industry
- CompTia A+ and Network+ Certifications (or equivalent work experience)
- Advanced Knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop products
- Demonstrated Knowledge of the following: VoIP technologies, MS Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems, Linux Operating Systems, VMWare Virtualization Software, and LAN/WAN technologies (Juniper, Palo-Alto, DD_WRT, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with vendors and service providers
- Ability to work exceptionally well in a team environment
- Highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to work independently and efficiently
- Valid Driver’s License and pass Driver’s Abstract & Background Check requirements

The Installation Technician is a multi-dimensional position that represents the company to clients, consultants, and key stakeholders in the field. Skilled with using hand tools, you must be able to analyze, and problem solve in the field, and be able to use an i-Pad tablet to troubleshoot and research solutions. You must be dependable, highly detailed, and a team player with a positive attitude and honest work ethic.
Responsibilities include delivery, installation/assembly, repairing and maintenance of contract furniture and interior walls primarily on Oahu with occasional neighbor island travel. In this position, you will also support and assist with receiving, quality control verifying of goods, selecting, and loading products for projects. Frequent lifting, carrying, and stacking products as well as operating pallet jack and forklift.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 1-year of related experience.
-Friendly, professional, and service driven.
-Able to lift to 100 lbs.
-Must have a passport or able to pass security clearances for Federal jobs.

Education:
-Minimum High School Diploma
License:
-Current Driver’s License, and able or willing to drive a flatbed truck
-Fork-lift Certification preferred or ability to be certified with a fork-lift
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with occasional evenings or weekends
