Any damage or defects must be reported within 10 days of receipt (from the time USPS tracking shows delivered). Items must be unused and unwashed, and photos of the damage or defect must be provided. I will fix, replace, or issue credit for the item as I see fit. I will pay any applicable shipping to resolve these types of issues. Do you have any warranties?
