HCAP offices and District Service Centers are closed today, June 11, to observe Kamehameha Day.

The Hawai’i Home Energy Assistance Program (H-HEAP) applications for Energy Credit will be accepted starting tomorrow, Monday, June 1! For households that have been or are facing disconnection due to past-due payment, this program helps keep the power on with Energy Credit toward future payments.

HCAP is only taking in-person applications for H-HEAP Energy Credit and from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at three locations across the island.
