Are you looking for a hands-on, fast-paced job with a friendly, local business? Pono Tires is a small but thriving new and used tire shop in the heart of Kalihi, seeking motivated individuals to join our team!

Position: Tire Shop Technician

Location: 1918 Republican Street, Honolulu HI 96819.

Employment Type: Full time (32+ hours) and Part Time (19 hours) positions available.

What You’ll Do:

• Mount, balance, and repair tires for cars, trucks, and SUVs.
• Inspect and assess tires for quality and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service by helping customers find the best tire solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous tire shop experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. consistently and comfortably. As well as standing on your feet a minimum of 8 hours daily.
• A friendly, customer-focused attitude.
· . Open availability M-F between the 8:30am-5:30pm, Saturday 8am-3:30pm.
· . Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to work.
· . Able to pass a drug test upon employment
