Prepping Cheese is hard! I just want to snack on it! LOL. Hey, as long as you’ve got a processor and you + your family love cheese, I recommend shredding your own. Costco has the best deal on cheese blocks. As much as my family eats cheese, I try to stay away from those trace amounts of “anti-caking” ingredients. Which, I think, is cornstarch.
