Assistant Property Manager position:

Strong Customer Service Skills, Communication Skills, Computer Skills, and Organization skills.

Office administrator, assisting the property managers with tenant relations.

Answering and responding to tenant concerns. Coordinating maintenance request with our vendors. Receive phone calls from tenants and responding to their concerns.

Assist with office coordination and filing.

Experience Recommended: Customer service, administrative office skills, real estate or property management background.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: BASE ON EXPERIENCE

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:

Real Estate License (Preferred)
