The Air Jordan 3 True Blue is back! It’s definitely a way better version than the pair given to us in 2016. If you own the last retro of the Black Cement 3 (2024), it pretty much takes the exact shape, form and fit of that pair but in the True Blue colorway.

I was hoping the elephant panels were darker with thinner print and a much slimmer cut to emulate more of the OG look. Instead, we have the updated version. Could it have been better? For sure, but I’m not up in arms about it. As for the blue, it’s fine. Some photos early on made the color look washed out and hella bright but in the flesh, it’s got that dark blue look. I thought the lining could’ve matched better but it is what it is. There are some slight craftsmanship issues however so be sure to check your pairs when you get them in hand (most notably glue marks & stitching). I’m planning to double up on these. Long time coming for me.

These are the Bloodline AJ 12. I’ve loved wrestling for as long as I can remember. The Rock, Stone Cold, Shawn Michaels, The Undertaker…the list goes on and on. Now that sneakers have become prevalent among wrestlers and the culture, it makes total sense to incorporate these into the storyline. Do you acknowledge your OTC ☝️? You better 😅.

The shoes are done in black leather and varsity red. The subtle hits of that red sets the shoes off proper. I’m still not a fan of the plastic aglets up top. The last time those were any sort of metal has to be with the OGs right? Is this something you’re looking to grab this weekend or are you holding onto hopes of scoring the Brick After Brick 4s and/or Travis Scott 1 lows?
