Montaj 9 provided editorial, visual effects, animation, color-grading and finishing services for projects which took home 21 individual awards for their respective agencies at last Saturday's 2021 American Advertising Federation's District 13 Pele Awards show!

Our Head Cheez™, Jay K Evans, was awarded two "Elements of Advertising" Silvers for Video Editing, and the rest of our team lent their post-production expertise to projects that were awarded 7 Gold, 10 Silver and 3 Bronze Awards, including the Best of Show award for Hawaii Energy's "Energy Champions" campaign.

We are deeply honored to have been associated with so many of the winning (as well as the non-winning) entries this year, and wish to thank and congratulate all of our clients and colleagues who were recognized for their always amazing work!

Montaj 9 provided editorial, color-grading, finishing, visual effects and animation services for projects which took home 13 Pele Golds, 9 Silver awards and 17 Bronze awards for our clients at Friday evening’s 41st annual, 2020 American Advertising Federation District 13 "Pele Awards" Show.

In addition, the prestigious “Best of Show: Advertising” award winner—HEMIC “Work”—was edited by our own Jay K Evans, color-graded and finished by Mel Matsuoka, with additional finishing and animation provided by Karen Brizendine. Jay and Deborah Miller also collectively took home 3 “Elements of Advertising” awards for Video Editing!

We are, as always, extremely appreciative and thankful for all of the agencies and industry creatives who continue to trust Montaj 9 for their post-production needs. It’s always exciting to see the fruits of your hard work recognized by industry peers, and we thank you for bringing us along for the ride!

While it was unfortunate that Friday night’s Pele Awards show had to take place exclusively via Facebook Live, I think we can speak for everyone in our advertising community when we say that it was really nice to finally be able to “attend” the show pants-less!
