As a PSR, you will act as a liaison between patients and the professional staff, and assist with a variety of administrative tasks. These include interviewing, registering, admitting, updating and creating patients’ medical records; performing accurate and timely processing of all professional/technical fees generated by department providers. We are looking for someone sensitive and helpful, with excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work effectively under minimal supervision, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.
