The housing market will experience fluctuations throughout the course of the year as some months will be down & some months up. I am confident we will see better rates throughout this year causing more demand pushing values up to a certain degree.

It's a quiet week of economic data, but still a lot of companies announcing their earnings. Last week's jobs report is still on the minds of investors & are worried that these central banks will continue their monetary tightening. Again, central banks will try to remove demand so that supply can catch up and the way to do that is for people to lose their jobs. So the jobs report plays a huge role in making decisions. The good news is that a lot of experts say that last week's jobs report was flawed & when looking closer into it that it wasn't that bad.
