“You’re not old until your regrets take the place of your dream. Regret looks back. Worry looks around. Vision looks up. Vision sees the mountaintop even when the clouds hide it from view . . . . God will help you climb… He will help you break through limitation thinking…” Jentezen Franklin

Happy Safe and Blessed Saturday 🌺
I’m always laughing and smiling 🥰 when she visits, thus agree: “Numerous studies have shown that when people take just a few moments to pet an animal, their stress is reduced . . . . When employees come together to experience the universal connection of the human-animal bond, they are reinvigorated, refreshed, and ready to face what’s next—with a smile on their face and joy in their heart.” Pet Partners

“You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart.” Jeremiah 29:13 (NIV)
This seek week, I am seeking the Lord with all of my heart, thankful for loving, healing and leading me in His way everlasting.
Several years ago, I realized I was living more in the flight or fight mode stress response on a daily basis. Since around August 2024 and throughout 2025, I was sick a lot. While receiving a reflexology treatment with head/shoulder work in December 2025, I was told how extremely tight my shoulders were. As someone who values good sleep/rest, I was surprised when I was asked whether I sleep. I realized I had not been sleeping well/much for years.
I thank God for healing and taking care of me through the doctors and staff at Turning Point Chiropractic by helping me recover from over a year of constant neck discomfort, recurring headaches and not feeling well. I am grateful that I also learned a lot to help maintain my health in the process to avoid living more reactionary, but rather secure and in peace, resting and digesting.

Thank you, Baskin-Robbins🍦
I’m glad I still opt to receive receipts. While sitting enjoying my (Jamoca Almond Fudge and Rocky Road) ice cream at Baskin-Robbins, I noticed I could leave positive feedback for an outstanding employee, so I did:
The customer service provided by the Baskin-Robbins staff member who assisted me with my purchase--I believe his name is [name of individual]--was outstanding. For one, he was attentive when I first entered the store--focused and intent to assist me immediately. I didn't think this was necessarily the case when I arrived, but when I sat down to enjoy my two scoops on a cone, I noticed he did this for all customers who came [to] the store in the same manner.
Second, he listened attentively, was efficient, professional and genuine.
Third, similarly, when I thought his customer service could have been standard, while sitting enjoying my ice cream, I couldn't help but notice him assist another customer who was seeking to use the kiosk. From what I saw, he appeared to take time to give a brief overview of the kiosk service, answer the customer's questions, and explain in more detail—of what the customer appeared to still be uncertain.
And finally, during down time, I was curious, so during downtime, I couldn’t help but notice he kept busy filling spoons, I believe wiping something down, etc. It did not appear he was doing these tasks for recognition. It appeared he was genuinely a good worker.
I can't remember when I did this [before], but before I left the store (after eating all of my delicious two scoops of ice cream and the cone), I told him something along the lines that he will go far in life. He was outstanding--exceptional. I was thinking about how former U.S. President Barack Obama worked at [that] BR, and then realized how I have thankfully received similar outstanding service by a couple of other BR staff at this location--that I even had sought to tip $20(?) or $50(?) one of those times; I can't recall how much--but I do recall the system did not allow me to do so (I told that staff member I sought to tip whatever that amount was, but was unable to do so; that staff member appeared to be genuinely thankful and surprisingly, like [name of employee], had an excellent humble attitude (that previous BR staff did not get salty when I said the system didn’t allow me to tip more than $3(?))). With this in mind, I only quickly selected for [name of employee] one of the optional tip percentages.
I'm not sure if there are any bonuses and/or promotional/supervisor/managerial positions at BR. If so, I would definitely/highly recommend him.
Thank you,
