The New Year celebration directly followed a New Moon in Capricorn this week. Really gave us the opportunity to dig deep, reflect, begin anew, turn over a new leaf! All of the things!

The beauty of having new moons every month is like having a mini “new year” once a month. You don’t have to wait until January to start a new cycle. You also don’t need to use January 1st to start a new thing or leave something behind! You can change, grow, and blossom in all different seasons. Like maybe on the equinox or solstice. Or maybe you flow with the moon.

Whatever feels right for you in your body and in your life, use it. Manifest, set goals, meditate, reflect, journal, and execute! ✨✨
