Valentines Days has always been special to me, not because of it's commercial value but by it's symbol.

The heart 💗

Decades ago I read the scripture, "above all else guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life," and it has stayed with me. The symbol for my life is the heart and I've tried to live from my heart, follow my heart, soften my heart, and yes, guard my heart.

This year feels different, more expansive, more abundant, more joy, more love, more opportunities, more, more, more . . . my life feels like YES PLEASE I'LL HAVE MORE!

Today as we celebrate Valentine's Day, my request is to take two minutes, place your hands over your heart and breathe in all the love in your life, all the abundance you have, all you have created and all you will create in the coming years.

The doors are open to living your best life and it all starts from a heart full of gratitude.
