Come join us for December Fit! We will meet MWF from tomorrow, Dec 2, thru Wednesday December 21st. Combat gaining the holiday weight by working out with us at 5:45am at Homewood Park. You won't regret it! Message for details.
Tomorrow morning is our last workout for November! In light of the much needed rain we will get overnight, we will meet inside the rec center gym at 5:45am in the morning. See everyone bright and early!
