Homestead HIIT/Bootcamp

We will have to resume class on Friday, Sophia has to have surgery tomorrow to get her ear tubes removed so please please keep us in your thoughts tomorrow!! See you Friday!!

Hey everyone! So I wanted to let you all know that we are able to do the workout on base as originally planned, so we will be moving to the park by the base for bootcamp from now on! Also, I will be out of town next week for a vacation with my family, so there will be no workouts, but I will post something you can do at home on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday!! We will start on base the week I get back! I hope this works for everyone and I will see you all (at my home) tomorrow morning!! :)
