Hello all, I know it's been awhile since posting here. I wanted to start sharing some of the info and products I personally use to help ward off pain and general ortho issues.
I had a severe issue about a year ago with a herniated disc in my neck. One of the things I used and continue to use is this little wedge pillow for about 10min a day to give my neck some traction and it has made all the difference.
