Saturday night was a Barbie Mermaid 4th Birthday Party for my niece, Cecilia! I created a beach themed mermaid cake and she loved it! Cake: Alternating layers of Vanilla cake with sprinkles (Confetti) and Strawberry Cake. Frosting: Vanilla. (Mermaid Barbie is a toy.) 🎉
