Just installed another tankless water heater for a very happy customer.

Replaced a 60 year old shower valve today. Lots of fun dealing with the old galvanized steel pipes, lol. Long day, but another happy customer!

There were wobbly compression fittings on the rotten pipes in the dumpster room. When I started replacing them I found that there was a rusted out part of the galvanized pipe a few feet back under the floor in the room behind it.It was running water under the floor. I had to dig up the floor and run new pipe underneath then re-do the pipes on the wall. I even put up a steel bumper to protect the new pipes from being hit with the dumpster. No more $2000 water bills for these guys.
