Since then, I've worked at prestigious establishments such as JW Marriott, Churchill Downs, and Ocean Reef Club just to name a few. I've spent the past 10+ years honing my cooking skills and teaching people how to cook, and I absolutely love what I do! It's not just about food—it's about making people feel good by giving them something they never thought they could have at home: delicious, healthy meals. I started Cast Iron Kitchen LLC in 2017 after an internship at The farm cooking school, where I learned how much I love creating and sharing beautiful farm-to-table meals. I've been cooking since I was a little girl, but it wasn't until my internship that I realized just how much I could help people learn about the craft of cooking.
