Babies need tummy time!
Tummy time is an important way to help babies strengthen their neck and shoulder muscles, and improve motor skills.
What happens if you don’t do tummy time regularly?
Your baby may not develop their upper body strenght and their neck muscles the way that they should. They may not hold their head up as well as other babies their age. They can also get something called torticollis or a tightening of their neck muscles on one side.
