✨ Something Strange at the Hollywood Roosevelt ✨
I stayed at the iconic Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, in room 1039 on the 10th floor, during the nights of July 4–5 and 5–6.

On the first night (July 4–5), my daughter was watching TV in bed when the bathroom motion sensor light turned on twice — even though she never left the bed and no one entered the room.

But the real strangeness happened on the second night (July 5–6).
I woke up three times to the exact same sequence of sounds: people returning from a party — footsteps, laughter, distant voices (one clearly saying “Are you good?”) — and a hand knocking on a door down the hallway, always in the same slow, steady rhythm.

It felt like a 2–3 minute recording on loop, playing over and over again. Too precise, too identical each time.

I didn’t even open the door. I somehow knew — there would be no one there.

Only after did I learn that this floor is known for paranormal activity, and many guests have reported similar experiences.
