This year started with a goal.
I didn’t want to continue building a beautiful business at the expense of myself anymore.
Exhaustion and overwhelm had became my normal. I told myself it was just part of being a business owner, a mom, a woman building something I love. And for a while I almost wore it as a badge of honor because I had wired myself to think this was what success felt like.
But I’m here to tell that you eventually your body will force you to listen. And so will your mind.
So, this season will look different. It’s rebuilding with intention. Tweaks behind the scenes. Creating a workspace that finally supports me and a business I can actually live in.
Because sustainability isn’t optional anymore. It’s a non-negotiable.
