Pulled the last little leaves before the freezing rain tonight
This is one of my favorite plants...
So soft and pretty
And so many good uses.
Mullein in tea a great antiinflammatory and coats and soothes throat, lungs, bronchials. It's also a good expectorant for loosening mucus.

I always have it on hand. And use it also for skin serums and ear oil for when earaches come around.

Farm fresh Duck eggs available!

So many benefits to ducks eggs .. more nutrition, longer shelf life, 1duck egg = 1.5-2 chicken eggs.
They make for fluffier richer baked goods and you use less!
