I had a collection of amps from Pete Carr, session musician at Muscle Shoals Sound Studio, come into the shop. Pete's discography reads like a Who's Who of 70's and 80's hit makers.

I'm questioning what to do before putting them up for sale.
The amps are all Music Man One-Thirty's and Sixty-Five's.

These are Pete Carr's amps were talking about. (Check his discography on his Wikipedia page!) Should I hold off on just replacing stuff wholesale? What about general crud, biffed up k***s and general tears and scuffs in the Tolex?
I can easily rework all this and make them sound great and be shiny and new looking, but should I?
