T2 Construction Management

We are checking in at West Michigan Surgical Center, a soon-to-be-finished four-phase project! Our crews spent the beginning of June finishing the metal panels on the outside of the building. Projects like this are especially interesting as we work safely around the staff and patient areas so the center can remain open through the construction process. We are excited to finish this one out and officially open the newly-renovated West Michigan Surgical Center to the Zeeland community!

Here’s a mixed-use building we just finished this spring in downtown Holland. The building features ground-level retail space occupied by Stovetop Roasters and one ADA apartment on the main floor, with four additional apartments on the second level. We love getting to work on mixed-use builds like this one!

Our team loved bringing Affinity Dental Care's new office to life. A well-built space makes all the difference, and this build-out was designed so patients feel cared for the moment they walk through the door.
