REFIT on 8th

No REFIT tonight. I’m feeling a little under the weather. But we’ll be back next Monday at 7pm for our last REFIT before Christmas.

Hi REFITers,
We’re a small, yet fierce force up in The Loft these days, finding our way with new streaming leaders. It’s been good learning! Even still, we’re holding on to some golden oldie practices. We'll have normal REFIT tomorrow, but then a Halloween themed REFIT next week, October 30, with treats (no tricks) after our rockin’ workout. Come dressed from any decade you like e.g., 80’s, 20’s, 90’s. And, if you have easy access to a snack, please bring that too.

No REFIT tonight, 8/21/23. We're taking a little break until our fall kick off in September. We'll keep this page updated with info!

We're sad to share that there's NO REFIT next Monday, May 8. But join us downtown if you'd like. Laura is Dutch dancing at 7pm on Central and 10th, just around the corner from the fat balls!
