This Feature Friday goes out to Tayrn Reimink! Taryn trained with us for years as an athlete and always crushed her training. This summer she took on the title of coach and has done a phenomenal job! She’s studying Kinesiology at Michigan and is completing her internship with us this summer.

It’s not always easy transitioning from “athlete” to “coach”, but Tayrn has picked up things very quickly and put in the time and effort to study and learn. She’s only a few months into coaching and her progress has been exponential, you would think she’s been coaching for a year. Keep up the great work Taryn!

Why does your environment & who you surround yourself with matter? 🤝

At ETS, we have athletes from every school in the area, all ages, all abilities levels, who are all striving to get better every single day! They may have different goals, but the mission is the same — they all want to improve! 📈

Why does this matter? Because ETS athletes are different. They’re not worried about rivalry inside the ETS walls because they know that helping someone else grow, improve, or become stronger doesn’t diminish themselves — it actually strengthens both people. Just like two pieces of iron sharpen each other through friction. 🔥

This Feature Friday goes out to Ariya Hull, she plays soccer and is unbelievable strong pound for pound! 💪 She always has an incredible attitude when she trains and has built a ton of confidence along the way. We are super proud of you Ariya and the progress you’ve made since you started! Your incredible work ethic, consistency, and perseverance you have shown since you started speaks for itself! 👊

This Feature Friday goes out to Rowan Gale! Rowan is 10 years old and a multi sport athlete! Rowan is very talented and has great work ethic as well 🔥 He recently crushed his previous testing numbers and has gotten sway stronger overall physically and mentally 💪
