hey provide clean-water training and equipment, Covid-education and PPE, and ongoing wellness and medical care for an orphanage in Roseaux and and elder care facility in Jeremie. Sponsorships for K-12-age children otherwise unable to attend are provided, as is support for especially promising college age young adults. John and Nancy have a loyal and trusted Haitian ground crew that help organize and execute these and other projects. Accountability is quite high, and very nearly 100% of Jeremie Rising's funds are applied to projects on the ground. All travel expenses are paid by the Smiths and team members.
