Itโ€™s important to consider whether stress is affecting your self-care, your communication with loved ones, or even your ability to get a restful nightโ€™s sleep. Itโ€™s essential to identify your stressors early and develop coping strategies that keep you grounded.

Stress can manifest in various ways. If you experience:

โ˜‘๏ธŽ Changes in sleep patterns, insomnia or oversleeping
โ˜‘๏ธŽ Difficulty managing tasks or meeting deadlines

These may be signs that it's time to take a step back and assess your stress levels.

To manage stress, try these strategies:

My coach said HOW are you contributing to this and I lost it.

I thought to myself that she had lost her mind and the fact that I was even paying her made me more furious.

I had been in the middle of my burnout

๐Ÿ”ฅLaid out in bed in pain and could not sleep
๐Ÿ”ฅFeeling mentally and emotionally exhausted
๐Ÿ”ฅDid not care about anything or anyone
๐Ÿ”ฅEveryone was the problem and I just could not be bothered

I shared this with my coach as I complained about everything that was going โ€œwrongโ€ in my life and I could not catch a break.

See once I got out of my feelings and knew that with my logical mind that I hired my coach to hold me to MY VISION. I had one of the biggest breakthroughs in my life.

When life is lifing, business is businessing and relationships are relationshipping, you have to have someone who is going to hold you to YOUR VISION.

I shifted from WHY this was happening to me and became curious about HOW I was creating these patterns.

Fast forward to today, I am the happiest I have ever been in my entire life.
