Itโs essential to identify your stressors early and develop coping strategies that keep you grounded.

Stress can manifest in various ways. If you experience:

โ๏ธ Difficulty managing tasks or meeting deadlines
These may be signs that it's time to take a step back and assess your stress levels.

My coach said HOW are you contributing to this and I lost it.
I thought to myself that she had lost her mind and the fact that I was even paying her made me more furious.
I had been in the middle of my burnout
๐ฅLaid out in bed in pain and could not sleep
๐ฅFeeling mentally and emotionally exhausted
๐ฅDid not care about anything or anyone
๐ฅEveryone was the problem and I just could not be bothered
I shared this with my coach as I complained about everything that was going โwrongโ in my life and I could not catch a break.
See once I got out of my feelings and knew that with my logical mind that I hired my coach to hold me to MY VISION. I had one of the biggest breakthroughs in my life.
