Most recently, she was President of Instacart, and before that, she served as VP of Facebook’s Global Business Group, leading a team of over 4,000 people and generating $60B in revenue.

Carolyn’s impressive career includes roles at Microsoft, Viacom, Primedia, Walt Disney Imagineering, and Accenture Consulting. She currently serves on the boards of The Coca-Cola Company, The Walt Disney Company, Under Armour, and many more prestigious organizations.

She’s been named to AdWeek’s “AdWeek 50” since 2013, topped Business Insider’s Most Powerful Women in Advertising, and featured twice on Fortune’s “40 Under 40.” Carolyn holds degrees from Villanova University and Harvard Business School, and has an honorary doctorate from Mount Saint Mary’s University.
