In 2015, it was determined that Katie's son had allergies including egg, soy, and peanuts. Because of this, he could not have traditional cakes and baked goods. Because of this, Katie started the search for truly good allergy friendly baking recipes, and Angelfish Cakery was created. Although we cannot yet accommodate gluten allergies, we are available for any and all cake and cupcake requests. We can make any item allergy friendly or traditional. Call or email us today!
