What an industrial e‑boiler does:

Converts electricity directly into thermal energy to produce hot water or steam for processes (CIP, pasteurization, sterilization, jacketed vessels, HVAC/process heating, district energy).
Offers rapid turndown and fast start/stop, useful for batch operations and demand response.

Steam (common in process industries): select pressure class to match use points (e.g., 7–15 barg for general process, higher for specific equipment).

We are proud to share that Sagamore has been selected by the John Moriarty & Associates construction team to deliver the HVAC and Plumbing installation for a new project at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire.
Our team looks forward to partnering with Moriarty and Dartmouth to provide high-performance mechanical systems that support comfort, sustainability, and long-term reliability.
The buildings will house 115 juniors and seniors in apartment-style suites, with wellness and creative spaces for music and podcasts. The project supports President Sian Leah Beilock’s plan to add at least 1,000 beds, enabling 90%+ on-campus living and easing housing pressures in the Upper Valley. The completion date is 2028.
