As a personal trainer, I’ve seen clients from ages 10 to 75 accomplish things they never thought possible. We don’t all have the genetics of a supermodel or star athlete, but everyone can improve on what they have and reach their full potential. My mission as a personal trainer in Hilton Head is to educate my clients about exercise, diet, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, while empowering them to make the most of their abilities: through knowledge, direction and encouragement.
