In September of 2019 I was honored to start training a client with Parkinson's Disease, coming from a certified background in NASM Personal Training, I felt I needed more to be fully knowledgeable and proficient in my instruction and so I undertook The Brian Grant Foundation's course: Exercise for Parkinson’s Training for Professionals. Highly recommended!
