I never stop learning and improve my skills, because there's no limit to perfection. I do my job with love and care, and always try to find individual way approach to every quadruped friend who put his fluffy butt on my table.

My heart is broken 💔 My most favorite baby boy Boo crossed a rainbow this morning. I’ve had groomed him for almost 7 years. I knew this day would come soon, but didn’t make it easier. I’ll miss this little man forever! 🥺

🐶Massage to the owners of a brand new puppy🐶

All puppies should be introduced to a groomer at 14-16 weeks old. Whether it’s a Labrador/German Shepherd (they need deshedding treatments) or a Poodle. Specially if it’s a doodle ☝🏼. Unless you are 100% sure you’ll groom her at home until the end of her days. Though, speaking from experience, most owners realize later on that grooming isn’t that easy as they thought. So they bring their 5 years old doggo to a groomer that have never been in such environment before. And that makes her to freak out and probably hate it forever.
Speaking of the doodles. I heard, not just from my clients, that a lot of breeders says that doodles don’t need to be groomed until they’re 1 year old. That is not true. It doesn’t have to be a full haircut, if you like your pup fluffy and long. Simple bath, brushing (very important in long coated dogs), feet tickling, sanitary trim and nails clipping will be enough for the first time. It has to be consistent. Puppies have a habit to forget the things they’ve learned at certain age.
Introducing a pup to a groomer in early age (6 months is NOT early!) is helping a pup to love the grooming process. There are certainly parts that dog might won’t like no matter how early you start, (my own dog hates a blow dryer), but it’s definitely makes a groomer’s and, most important, doggie’s life easier!
Grooming is about fun and not fear. 🧡
Please share this massage with your friends who just got a puppy, or planning on it, or has it for a few months and not sure if they need to take her to a groomer. They absolutely do! (Doesn’t have to be me 🙂)
If you have a questions, I’m happy to answer them all! 🤗
