If you’re reading this right now, there’s a pretty good chance you can still make it to class in five minutes or less. Throw on some workout clothes, grab your keys, and get moving!

🔥 9:30 AM – HIIT with Coach Karrie Reeves

A 100% chance of elevated heart rates, burning calories, and feeling a whole lot better when it’s over than when it started.

🏃 DEKA ATHLETES AND FUTURE DEKA ATHLETES:

As many of you know, Manic Training is now an Official DEKA Affiliate Gym. Next Saturday we’ll be changing things up a little with a DEKA Run-Through. This will be a great opportunity to learn the events, practice transitions, and see what DEKA is all about. The official time will be announced on Monday.
