Make Elote en Vaso party-friendly! Cook the corn ahead of time and keep it warm in a slow cooker on the Warm setting. Stir in the butter and lime juice, then let guests add their own crema/mayo, cotija, Tajín, and hot sauce as they serve themselves. I prefer adding the cheese to each serving instead of the slow cooker so it stays fresh and crumbly rather than warm and clumpy.
