is a family-owned construction company specializing in crafting homes in the top neighborhoods throughout the Denver metro area. Those projects ranged from simple alterations to major whole-house renovations. In 2013, the company branched out and began building high-end spec homes in desirable neighborhoods throughout the Denver area. Typically, we have no more than three to five projects in progress at one time – which allows us to provide the attention to detail that has become our forte.

We built this gorgeous 8 bedroom 8 bathroom home, for our customer to lease to college students. It’s just a *tad nicer than the houses we lived in in college. How about you? Complete with two large refrigerators, multiple sinks, these students are going to love their house, built with the utmost quality and beautiful design as all Renovar homes are!
