Coach Welch spent over three decades coaching and developing high school athletes. Throughout his time on the mat, with all kinds of different athletes, he discovered numerous principles that allowed him to connect and guide young people. He recently began to chronicle these practices and teach them to Dad's as they "Coach their kids in the game of Life". The curriculum is grounded in the word of God, and offers time tested wisdom that is meant to empower Dad's as they try to navigate their leadership role and relationships in the family.
