Keep The Party Safe partners with students and student groups on college campuses around the state of Colorado to help prevent fentanyl overdoses. Students like Zanayah Shanks at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs (UCCS) are passionate about spreading awareness.

Zanayah recently wrote a guest column for the UCCS student newspaper, The Scribe, sharing her lived experience to bring education to her fellow students. Accessing free naloxone in Denver just got easier thanks to a no-cost vending machine at the Denver Health Hospital Campus!

Unveiled this week at 667 Bannock St., the vending machine provides free naloxone (aka Narcan), medications, and hygiene kits 24 hours a day.

If you aren't carrying naloxone already, consider stopping by the vending machine or ordering it over the counter from online retailers like Amazon or Walgreens.
