Leroy is the kind of dog who loves to be part of whatever you're doing. Smart, affectionate, and eager to please, this handsome Australian Cattle Dog is happiest when he's learning, playing, and spending time with his favorite people.

He has completed obedience classes, knows lots of fun tricks, and loves a good game of fetch. He's even done some agility training and would love to be part of an active family where he can keep learning, playing, and having fun.

When the day's adventures are over, Leroy is a loyal, affectionate companion who loves cuddling on the couch, burrowing into a warm blanket fresh from the dryer, and soaking up attention from his people. He's crate-trained, leash-trained, rides beautifully in the car, and has excellent house manners.

Leroy can be reactive toward some unfamiliar dogs, so he'll do best with an adopter who understands dog behavior and can continue building on the great progress he's already made. He would thrive as an only dog or with the right submissive female companion. He does well with cats and is looking for an adult-only home with a securely fenced yard.
