Chad graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University and has also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Missouri – Rolla. He holds a Broker''''s license in Missouri and is also a licensed Salesperson in Texas. He has worked extensively in the building materials and mining industries and has worked in a corporate environment to financially evaluate capital investments, divestments, and acquisitions, including the purchase / lease / sale of property, mineral rights and lease contract valuation, and commercial leases. Kelley graduated from UNCC-Charlotte in 1996 and holds a Broker license in NC, TX and MO. She has helped numerous families purchase and sell their homes, including new construction and resales.
