Pay

$20–$25 per hour
Based on experience, skills, and ability to be insured to drive company vehicles.

What You'll Do

Assist with landscape and hardscape installation projects
Dig trenches, prepare planting beds, and install plants
Support the Crew Leader with daily project tasks
Operate landscaping and construction equipment when needed
Maintain tools, trucks, and job site cleanliness
Work safely and maintain high-quality standards
Communicate with team members and occasionally clients
Assist with snow and ice services during winter months
