Excel Temporary Service is hiring for an Accounting Support.
Located in Creve Coeur, MO.
1st shift
P/T few days a week.
Pay B.O.E
Our client is looking for P/T help a few days a week to help with workload and day-to-day accounting tasks.
MUST be someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable in Excel, and able to jump in and help where needed.
MOST work will be in QuickBooks, Desktop & Excel.
we would need someone with stronger bookkeeping/accounting experience outside of assisting with credit card entries and payables entries.
Tasks include:
- Entering and reviewing credit card transactions.
-Receivables support.
-Payroll journal entries into QuickBooks.
-Working with Excel templates/tables.
-Matching payables and reviewing vendor balances.
-Assisting with reconciliations and balancing transactions to statements.
-General accounting/data entry support.
-Possible assisting with invoicing.
