🎉 Congratulations to my buyer on the successful closing of their new home in High Point!
This one had multiple offers, an inspection, repairs, and plenty of moving parts along the way, but we made it to the closing table. I’m grateful for the opportunity to help guide my client through the process and excited for this next chapter in their new home.

Some days really test that work + family balance…
Today was one of those days. My son Viaan had back-to-back baseball games for Ledford Middle, and I really wanted to be there from the very first pitch. But I also had a buyer client who was this close to getting under contract—and in real estate, timing matters.
So I stayed back to finish negotiations, went back and forth with the other side, and we were able to lock in an agreement. I sent everything over… and then rushed to the field.
I missed the first game, but made it just in time to see him step up to bat in the second game—and he crushed it to the outfield 💥⚾ Made it to first and worked his way all the way home!
Right around that moment, I got the message that the offer was officially accepted.
Moments like this remind me how tough it can be to juggle both worlds. I don’t always get it perfect, and I do miss things sometimes—but I’m always doing my best for both my family and my clients.
Grateful for both ❤️

☕❤️🍀 Little moments like this make mornings special.
I walked into the kitchen this morning to make my coffee and found this waiting inside my mug. My 6-year-old daughter, Sansu, had left me a surprise.
She drew hearts and a clover. When I asked her where she got the idea, she said she asked Alexa. Then she explained, “The clover means good luck!”
Sometimes the smallest gestures remind us what home is really about — love, family, and little moments that make you smile before the day even begins.
