Hidalgo Public Library's mission is to promote the use of the library and to open the opportunity for its patron’s self-development, growth, and well-being; and to create a communications and information infrastructure that will enhance our ability to share our knowledge and talents with residents of the community and collaborate with other Hidalgo educational institutions, public and private.
