Conner has satisfied the Academic and Professional Standards of the Criminal Defense Counsel Center for Investigative Studies and has been awarded the designation of Board Certified Criminal Defense Investigator. Conner is a charter member of the North Carolina Association of Private Investigators. He served over seven years on the North Carolina Protective Services Board (licensing). During his tenure, he served on all of the sub-comittees and was elected Vice Chairman for two consecutive years.
