LRU faculty led by Dr. Veronica McComb, participated in the "Community of Practice" roundtables to explore how the Flipped Classroom pedagogy has been used by different fields at LRU. Appalachian College Association 2015 Annual Summit, October 1-3, 2015. MeadowView Conference Resort & Convention Center, Kingsport, TN.
Students from are heading to Spain for 5 weeks and will be studying the Spanish Culture & Language. The group leaders are Dr. Adelia Parrado-Ortiz and Dr. Arturo Ortiz. Also, the group will visit the following cities: Avila, Segovia, Toledo, Salamanca, Córdoba, Sevilla, Cadiz, Malaga, y Granada!
